Abstract

The explosion of technologies based on Artificial Intelligence in recent years has caused and will continue to cause legal crises, most of which relate to the problem of intellectual property of compounded works of art as well as on the legal status of AI-algorithms themselves. In our article, we provide a brief summary of the current situation and make modest predictions of the near future of Artificial Intelligence in the context of generating media as well as other generic potential objects of intellectual property, based on contemporary trends. We attempt to determine whether integration of such technologies of the near future into today’s legal system is possible, and how these technologies will change under the influence of the legal system.
