Abstract

The features of the singular transfer of rights and obligations of the supplier (performer, contractor) in state (municipal) contracts are considered. The article analyzes the legal, technical, dogmatic and political grounds for restricting succession on the side of the supplier (contractor). The authors discuss the problems of the admissibility of transferring debt under a contract on the basis of a transaction, as well as prohibitions on replacing the contract executor.
