Abstract

The article analyzes the problems arising in the application of the provisions of Chapter 38 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, devoted to the restoration of lost judicial proceedings, identifies contradictions between the general norms of civil procedure law and special norms inherent in this category of special proceedings, draws attention to gaps in legal regulation, and puts forward proposals to eliminate them.
