Abstract

In the context of analyzing the ideological function of the state, the article examines the use of ideologemes as a form of ideological attitude that allows one to effectively influence mass consciousness. Positive and negative factors in the use of constitutional ideologies are analyzed, including as the basis for the formation of a unified society’s awareness of the development trajectory, as well as a factor in the psychological orientation of the individual in a complex (turning point) socio-political situation. Some ideologies introduced into the Russian Constitution by the 2020 amendments, strategies, doctrines, and concepts are interpreted ambiguously by law enforcers due to the lack of unity of the system expressing the national-state ideology of the country. The need for the scientific development of a thesaurus of ideologies that reveals the essence of traditional values as moral guidelines that shape the worldview of Russian citizens with the aim of strengthening legal consciousness, consolidating their activities in future transformations, and forming the unity of civil society is substantiated.
