Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the principle of organization and activities of the prosecutor's office. The author has made an attempt to highlight these features, on the basis of which to obtain an idea of the content of the principle being studied. The study was conducted on the basis of general scientific, comparative, structural and functional methods. Based on the results of the study, the author’s definition of the principle of transparency of the organization and activities of the prosecutor’s office was proposed.
