Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of establishing an effective legal regime for depersonalized personal data, which is relevant in light of the trends to create a «regulatory paradise» for developers of artificial intelligence systems. Changes are taking place in this segment of legislation today, not all of which can be called successful. At the same time, the success of the development of a promising industry for the creation of artificial intelligence directly depends on how the problem is solved. In the course of the study, the authors develop each of the elements of the legal regime, focusing on taking measures to protect information. In addition, approaches to solving the problem in other countries are studied and some recommendations are given for changing the attitude to the concept of depersonalized personal data.
