Abstract

Through a thorough analysis of micro- and the macro-structure and the content of the concept and the notion of civil liability and sanctions, a certain system of civil liability in the modern Russian civil law of mutually related and responsible subjects of the civil law, legally and contractually endowed with certain subjective rights and obligations, the proper and timely implementation of which regulates the processes of civil turnover and contributes to the establishment and maintenance of sustainable and developing process and regime of contractual discipline, and economic order in society, is clearly presented.
