Crisis of confidence as a factor influencing proof in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases

Abstract

The article is devoted to the crisis of confidence that has arisen in connection with the established judicial practice of considering insolvency (bankruptcy) cases and separate disputes within the framework of insolvency cases in Russia, the influence of judicial practice in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases on the relationship of counterparties in civil circulation and on judicial practice in general civil disputes in courts of general jurisdiction and in arbitration courts have been analyzed.
