Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the principle of confidentiality as a principle of conciliation procedures. The place of the principle of confidentiality of conciliation procedures in the system of legal principles is established, the author's definition of this principle is given. Amendments to the current civil procedure legislation aimed at ensuring the implementation of the principle of confidentiality of conciliation procedures are also proposed.
