Abstract

The current legal problems of differentiation of the legal regulation of the labor of employees are analyzed, proposals are made to improve the procedural legal mechanism that ensures differentiation of the legal regulation of labor relations in the field of the use of hired labor, new factors (criteria) of labor differentiation are analyzed, gaps and contradictions in the current labor legislation are noted.
