Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and practical features of the sources of labor law. The current regulatory legal framework is analyzed, and the current positions of legal scholars in the field of labor law regarding the definition of the term «source of law» are studied. The positions of scientists regarding the possibility of recognizing the status of a source of law for judicial practice are examined. The study of the specific features of judicial practice in labor law is carried out, and unique features are highlighted. Suggestions are put forward about ways to achieve a uniform approach to determining the place of judicial practice in the system of sources of labor law of the Russian Federation.
