The principle of combating corruption in the system of principles of social procedures

Abstract

Сorruption is one of the main problems of the modern world. Different countries have developed anti-corruption legislation, Russia is not an exception. In this regard, various scientists highlight the principle of combating corruption. This article examines the principle of combating corruption in the system of principles of social procedures. The Russian legislation on combating corruption in the field of social security law is studied, labor law norms concerning employees of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation are touched upon. The legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of combating corruption is also considered, a conclusion is made about the possibility of using the norms of foreign legislation in Russian law. This scientific article examines the legal nature of the principle of combating corruption based on judicial acts of the Judicial Collegium for Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the works of researchers in the field of combating corruption.
