Abstract

Graduate school as a key institute for training scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel needs constant improvement from the point of view of legal regulation with purpose to meet the challenges that exist today in the implementation of scientific and educational policy. Monitoring the quality of education received by postgraduate students is, in fact, of double relevance, relating both to the qualifications of the students themselves in postgraduate programs and to the qualifications of those students with whom postgraduate graduates – future teachers – will work. The author has identified imperfections in the existing legal regulation of this area and proposed possible solutions.
