Official disputes: on the verge of the Russian federation code of civil procedure and the Russian Federation code of administrative procedure

Abstract

The presented scientific article highlights the problems of determining the jurisdiction of disputes related to the entry into the state civil service of the Russian Federation, its passage and termination, as well as the uncertainty of the state legislator on the issue of attributing a service dispute to a labor dispute.
