Administrative and legal aspects of the interaction of public authorities of the federal territory with public authorities of other public legal entities in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the organization of public administration in the federal territory of Sirius. The main areas of interaction of public authorities of the federal territory of Sirius with the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, and other public authorities are presented. The author’s definition of the federal territory in Russia is given. Proposals for improving the current legislation are formulated, including the need to adopt a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the basics of interaction between the President and the Government of Russia with public authorities of the federal territory of Sirius.
