Formation and development of local self-government in Russia: from the law «on local self-government in the Voronezh region» to the Klishas – Krasheninnikov draft law

Abstract

The article is devoted to the role and significance of the Law of the Voronezh Region «On Local Self-Government in the Voronezh Region» in the formation and development of legislation on local self-government in the Russian Federation. It provides a brief description of the main stages of the reform and a critical analysis of individual provisions of the Klishas – Krasheninnikov Bill.
