Establishing the alimony fund of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article studies the prerequisites, features of creation of the Alimony Fund of the Russian Federation, goals, functions, competence, directions of activity, sources of financing of the organization; the provisions of national and foreign scientific literature, normative-legal acts on the issues of creation of alimony funds are studied and analyzed; the features of interaction with the authorities, the place of the Alimony Fund of the Russian Federation in the system of domestic law are established.
