Administrative regulations – a source of labor law

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the role and importance of Administrative Regulations in the legal mechanism of regulation of wage labor. It substantiates the idea of administrative regulations as a source of labor law. The role of organizational, procedural and procedural legal procedures through which the legal provisions provided for in the administrative regulations are implemented is considered.
