Interaction of a judicial conciliator with the court and participants in administrative proceedings: the nature of legal relations

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of judicial reconciliation within the administrative procedural form. The problems of understanding the content of the term «judicial reconciliation» are considered. The author has tried to characterize the relationships that develop between the court, the judicial conciliator and the parties to disputable legal relations during judicial reconciliation.
