Abstract

The article examines the directions of development of legislation on state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation. Innovations related to the digitalization of state control (supervision) and municipal control are also analyzed. In addition, the most current changes made to the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FZ «On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation» are analyzed.
