Issues of financial and legal regulation of decentralized finance of certain types of nonprofit organizations

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the particularities of relations on the accumulation of funds of some types of nonprofit organizations, which are assigned by the state to the implementation of public functions. A detailed analysis is carried out on the fund owned by an autonomous nonprofit organization – the Financial Ombudsman Support Service. The relations regarding the accumulation of this fund from various sources are examined, as well as their financial and legal regulation is substantiated.
