Abstract

This article discusses the issues of tactical and ethical application of photography in criminal proceedings. The need for a comprehensive study of all aspects of the use of forensic technology is manifested in the fact that recently there has been increased opposition to the investigation process from criminal elements, criminals use the latest achievements in science and technology to facilitate the commission of crimes and the secrecy of their criminal activities, which changes the tactics of crime investigation. There is a need to develop new and improve the applied tactical and ethical techniques for the use of photography in criminal proceedings, which in general will contribute to the technical and forensic support of investigative actions.
