Abstract

The influence of the will of the intended parents on the identification of the origin of children in administrative and judicial proceedings analyzes. As a result of the analysis of modern legislation and judicial practice, the author concludes that, despite the development of science and the possibilities of modern genetic research, the conscious expression of the will of men and women to become parents of children who are not related to them remains one of the demanded ways to establish parental legal relations.
