The influence of will on the formation of good faith in the modern civil law of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The influence of the will of the subject of civil legal relations on the formation of good faith is considered. The current judicial practice is studied, emphasizing the importance for the law enforcement officer to analyze not only the actual expression of the will of the party, but also the internal attitude of the person to the actions performed.
