Abstract

The article examines the experience and possibility of legally consolidating moral imperatives into legal acts, analyzing the role and consequences of increased political influence on citizens' worldviews. It states that the state has always supported and encouraged the primacy of politics over law, enabling it to ensure the realization of its interests. Legal intervention into the appropriate arrangement of moral priorities allows the state to respond in a timely manner to undesirable fluctuations in loyalty towards the authorities among the population.
