Disadvantages of the language of the civil procedure law (on the example of the norms governing special proceedings)

The article analyzes the defects in the presentation of civil procedural rules governing special proceeding. The author examines such disadvantages as the uncertainty of the legal status of the persons involved in the case, negligence in the formulation of legal norms, inconsistency in the designation of legal institutions, and the evaluability of certain categories. Options for replacing incorrectly formulated norms are proposed.
