This article examines some of the features and problems of legal regulation of control and supervision in the field of enforcement of executive documents. Within the framework of enforcement proceedings, the bailiff carries out control and separate enforcement actions to verify the execution of enforcement documents, which by their legal nature are close to supervision. The author substantiates that within the framework of enforcement proceedings, an official of the bailiff service carries out «executive supervision», which allows officials of the bailiff service to verify the legality of actions (inaction) of persons participating in enforcement proceedings in order to timely and fully comply with the requirements contained in judicial acts, acts of other bodies and officials.
