Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the category of public order in the early feudal domestic criminal legislation with an appeal to other monuments of ancient Russian literature, which present the substantive side of the order in the society of that period. А conclusion is made about the influence of Christian moral ethics on the rules of life in the spheres of public life, including marriage and family relations, determining the relations between classes and in the sphere of public administration in order to form moral relations between members of society.
