Abstract

The article substantiates the expediency of changing the name of Chapter 31 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Crimes against justice» by adding to it. The article provides a description of the object of these crimes and its individual components. Changes are proposed in a number of the compositions of this category of crimes.
