Abstract

The municipal service is an important component of the entire public administration system, since the quality of life of all citizens directly depends on the effectiveness of its work. The most important aspect of the activities of local governments is the legal regulation of municipal services. The article examines the current problems in this area and suggests ways to improve legislation. Special attention is paid to proposals for improving Federal Law No. 25-FZ «On Municipal Service in the Russian Federation».
