Algorithmization of law-making: discussion questions

The article is devoted to the study of controversial issues related to the phenomenon of algorithmization of law-making. The author focuses on finding an answer to the question of whether this legal phenomenon is an unattainable ideal or a necessary basis for improving modern law-making. The article concludes that the development of machine-readable law technologies poses a threat to the principles of law-making, primarily certainty and transparency. A clear and unified strategy for law-making is needed, which involves the integration of law and algorithms.
