On the issue of the extraterritorial application of national law

Examines the problem of the extraterritorial effect of national law in modern international relations, which has become particularly relevant due to the growing tendency of states to overcome international legal norms by extending their legislation to the territories of foreign jurisdictions. Focuses on the mechanisms of implementing the extraterritorial effect of law, including issues of conflictof-laws regulation, limits of application of foreign legislation, and peculiarities of interaction between national legal systems in the context of globalization.
