The article deals with the causes of the juridification of society. The author analyzes the influence of the principles of democracy, legality and the social State on the process of expanding the subject of legal regulation, coupled with a quantitative increase in the array of legal norms. In conclusion, the author substantiates the thesis on the constitutional prerequisites for the juridification of society.
