Recognition of the real estate right and its place in the system of the ways to protect the right of ownership

Abstract

The article analyzes the issues related to the grounds for applying to the court with claims for recognition of the right of property, as well as the relationship of this remedy with other claims of the owner. The author concludes that claims for recognition of the right do not have a scope for separate application, this remedy are absorbed by other means of protection.
