Features of alienation of the land plots in territories of the advancing social and economic development

Abstract

This article deals with the procedure of compulsory alienation of land from owners in areas with a special regime of entrepreneurial activity. The author analyzes the materials of the published judicial practice of courts of General jurisdiction to resolve disputes related to the seizure of land from owners for state needs in connection with the creation of territories of advanced socio-economic development.
