About the public danger of illegal turnover of instruments of payment

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the public danger of illegal turnover of instruments of payment. Historical approaches to understanding the public danger of a crime and their applicability to the species in question are analyzed. Taking into account the positions of scientists and statistical data, the author draws conclusions and clarifications regarding the determination of the degree of public danger of illegal turnover of instruments of payment.
