Abstract

The author analyzes the changes in the legislation which have taken place during fourteen years from the moment of completion of a dissertation research on a subject: "A legal status of minor parents by the legislation of the Russian Federation". The conclusion is drawn that the changes have positively influenced regulation of legal status of minor parents and their children. Nevertheless, the author proves insufficiency of the changes and specifies further ways of improvement of the legislation.
