Abstract

the article deals with the effectiveness of the established mechanism of control over the implementation of collective agreements and the responsibility of the parties and their representatives for non-fulfillment of collective agreements through their fault. The article analyzes the norms of labor law, establishing the rights and obligations of the parties to the collective agreement in monitoring its implementation.
