Abstract

the article deals with the issues of establishing a ban on the acquisition of securities by civil servants, based on the legislation and judicial practice. The authors discuss the existing conflicts in the current legislation of the civil servant's obligation to transfer securities to the trust management: in the event of a situation of conflict of interest or without it. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary for civil servants to transfer shares and other securities to trust management regardless of the probability of a conflict of interest.
