Abstract

the problems of the implementation of Article 8.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation with regard to the application of measures of administrative responsibility for the implementation of urban planning activities in the form of adoption of documentation on the planning of the territory and land use and development of municipalities in violation of environmental requirements are considered.
