Abstract

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the contribution of processual scholars of the law faculty of the Voronezh State University to the domestic science of the criminal process. The dialectic and historical method, as well as the method of forecasting, are used in the work. It is concluded that the Voronezh school of the criminal process is one of the classic Russian legal scientific schools, whose traditions today are largely lost. It justifies the demand for research by Voronezh proceduralists today, at the stage of “sobering up” from hobbies with scientifically unfounded ideas, often of a Western kind.
