Abstract

The article substantiates a new principle of organization of the Prosecutor's office-the principle of initiative. The principle is applicable to the organization of Supervisory and non-Supervisory activities, in particular to the organization of the Prosecutor's judicial protection of public interests in the use and protection of specially protected natural areas.
