Abstract

The article is dedicated for researching state-confessional relationships of Professor Reusner M. This scientist was a significant figure among researchers of questions of freedom of conscience, so his scientific works significant influence on theoretic comprehension of state-confessional relationships in Russia. In article will be considered the reasons, why this scientist referred to foreign experience of development of freedom of conscience and also the article narrates main stages of changing of this right in foreign west traditions.
