Abstract

The article argues that natural law from the standpoint of dialectics is characterized by such properties as objectivity and subjectivity, absoluteness and relativity, concreteness and abstraction. The objectivity of law consists in the fact that the content of law corresponds to objective justice and does not depend on the subject. The relativity of law means inaccurate and incomplete regulation of public relations. The absoluteness of law means absolutely accurate and complete regulation of public relations. The law is concrete in the sense that law regulates public relations only in certain, specific conditions.
