Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the Commission of crimes by employees of the internal Affairs body and other representatives of public authorities as an aggravating circumstance. The proposal to fix the Commission of a crime by representatives of public authorities, including employees of the internal Affairs body, as an aggravating circumstance is argued.
