Criminal procedure acts of the verification stages of the criminal process: essence and value

Abstract

The article examines the essence of criminal procedure acts of the verification stages of criminal process through the general features of the concept of "criminal procedure act" and their specification in relation to appeal, cassation and supervisory process. The value of criminal procedure acts is shown through the prism of solving the problems of verification stages of the criminal process: identification and elimination of judicial errors, protection of the rights and interests of participants in criminal cases, control of lower courts and direction of their activities.
