Abstract

The article is devoted to issues of improving constitutional justice that arose during the consideration by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Ingushetia and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of a case on establishing the border of the republic. In particular, we are talking about the possibility of checking by a regional constitutional court a normative act approving an agreement between subjects of the Russian Federation; on persons entitled to apply to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in order to recognize a regulatory act subject to action despite an official decision of the constitutional court of the subject of the Russian Federation; about the grounds for recusal of judges of constitutional courts.
