Abstract

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of constitutional regulation of environmental aspects of responsible business through the lens of the concept of equilibrium. The position is argued that in today's world the concept of maintaining balance has lost its importance and has been transformed into the concept of balance, by means of which it is possible to describe more accurately and "qualitatively" activities to maintain the sustainability of the social system, including environmental safety. It was concluded that the implementation of the concept of responsible business not only increases the sustainability of the planet's ecosystem, but also shows ways to improve it by ensuring balance in the business-state-nature system.
