Theoretical aspects of the concept of guarantees of protection of rights and interests in the claim proceedings

Abstract

We study one of the universal, General theoretical and intersectoral terms applicable to all branches of Russian law "guarantee" separately, as well as in combination with the terms "judicial protection", "claim proceedings". The author analyzes the theoretical provisions of guarantees of protection of rights and interests in the claim proceedings and formulates the definition of such guarantees.
