Abstract

The article substantiates that the basis for the study of the effectiveness of disciplinary responsibility in the system of civil service is the methodology of the science of service law, as well as sociological methods and techniques, modified to the goals and hypotheses of the legal study of effectiveness. The author defines the successive stages of the research, analyzes the methodology for measuring the level (degree) of the effectiveness of the service law norms governing disciplinary responsibility in the civil service system, and the methodology for determining the ways to increase the effectiveness of the studied norms.
